Amid global silence, Israelβs statements and aid blockade confirm intent to continue genocide
Β Report by Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor
Β
Humanitarian aid is a fundamental right of civilians under international humanitarian law, with no exceptions, and there is no legal justification for Israel to deny Palestinians access to essential aid. Israel is not only using humanitarian aid as a bargaining chip for political and military gain, but is also deliberately enforcing a policy of systematic starvation, creating life-threatening conditions designed to make survival in the Gaza Strip impossible.

Β
Urgent action needed to address Autonomous Weapons Systems: The record number of countries voting in favor of the second-ever United Nations General Assembly resolution on lethal autonomous weapons systems, or βkiller robots,β highlights the urgent need to open negotiations on a new treaty to ban them, Human Rights Watch said in a statement from DEC-05 in New York.

βCatastrophicβ: Journalists say ethnic cleansing taking place in a news void in northern Gaza
Report by the Committee to Protect Journalists (CPJ Staff)
Β
On Wednesday, November 6, an Israeli strike killed at least 15 people in a house in Beit Lahia, northern Gaza. But communications difficulties meant that the Gaza health ministry struggled to determine the death toll. This is just one example of countless others where local reporters were able to help verify information about potential atrocities during Israelβs escalating offensive in the area, journalists tell CPJ.

The international system has shamefully failed to halt Israelβs genocide in Gaza
Β Report by Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor
Β
Palestinian Territory - The reluctance of the international system to implement decisive actions against Israelβs mass atrocities in the Gaza Strip, especially in the northern region, exposes a stark disregard for Palestinian lives and dignity, and fuels the continuation of its crime of genocide. Institutions like the European Union (EU), International Criminal Court (ICC), and International Court of Justice (ICJ), alongside various United Nations (UN) bodies, have deviated from their founding principles of protecting civilians and upholding justice. In over 13 months, these bodies have neglected their fundamental duty to safeguard civilian life and stop Israelβs genocide against the Palestinian people in Gaza.

Journalists face Israeli strikes, displacement, attacks as war escalates in Lebanon
Report by the Committee to Protect Journalists (CPJ Staff)
Β
The recent escalation of Israelβs war in Lebanon has imperiled the press as they face Israeli strikes that have destroyed news outlet offices and killed at least three journalists, in addition to being assaulted, obstructed, threatened, and detained while reporting. At about 03:00 am - on October 25, an Israeli airstrike hit a compound housing 18 journalists from multiple media outlets in Hasbaya, a town in southern Lebanon. The strike killed Al-Mayadeen TVβs camera operator Ghassan Najjar, broadcast engineer Mohammed Reda, and Al-Manar TVβs camera operator Wissam Kassem.

JUSTICE REPORT EUROPE
The European Court of Justice (ECJ) has declared that trade agreements between the European Union (EU) and
Morocco cannot include goods or resources originating from Western Sahara.
The ECJ emphasized that Western Sahara is considered a βnon-self-governing territoryβ under international law and, therefore, it is
distinct from the Kingdom of Morocco. As such, any trade agreements that include products from Western Sahara must explicitly recognise this status and cannot be automatically considered as part
of agreements involving Morocco. Read the report by Middle East Monitor:

In the largest public analysis of ISR military strike footage, Airwars reviewed hundreds of clips of strikes in Gaza posted on official military media accounts in the first month of the war. Despite the grainy videos published with few details on targets or locations, Airwars matched 17 strikes to specific geo-coordinates where researchers had tracked Palestinians killed or injured. In these strikes alone, more than 400 civilians were reported killed.Β Source: Airwars Org
